妊娠期糖尿病病人的临床护理及健康教育探讨

摘　　要：[目的]探讨妊娠期糖尿病病人的临床护理方法及健康教育方法。[方法]回顾性分析2007年1月—2009年12月收治的106例妊娠期糖尿病病人的临床资料,分析总结护理及健康教育方法。[结果]本组106例孕妇中实施剖宫产者73例,自然分娩者24例,终止妊娠者9例;其中巨大胎儿8例,占7.5%,胎盘功能不良者4例,占3.7%,胎位异常者3例,占2.8%,无死亡病例发生,护理效果满意。[结论]对妊娠期糖尿病病人实施科学有序的护理及健康教育十分必要,可降低并发症发生率及病死率。Objective：To probe into methods of clinical care and health education for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods：Clinical data of 106 patients with gestational diabetes from January 2007 to December 2009 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.And methods of nursing care and health education were analyzed and summarized.Results：Among all 106 pregnant women,73 cases had accepted cesarean section,24 cases were natural childbirth,and 9 cases had terminated their pregnancy.Among all,8 cases were fetal macrosomia,accounted for 7.5%,4 cases were in placental dysfunction,accounted for 3.7%,and 3 cases were with abnormal fetal position,accounted for 2.8%.No cases died and nursing effects of them were satisfactory.Conclusion：It is necessary to carry out scientific and orderly nursing care and health education for gestational diabetes patients.It can reduce morbidity and mortality of complications for them as well.
