摘　　要：近年来,农村村级收入增长较快,涉农、惠民和强农资金项目逐年增多,资金额度大幅增长,因此,加强村社财务管理,提高管理水平,成为新形势下财政管理的一个重要内容。In recent years,rural income increased rapidly.The fund project about promoting the agriculture development increased year by year,and the amount of capital grew largely.Therefore,strengthen the village financial management and improve management have become an important content of financial management under the new situation.
