摘 要:目的了解长沙地区护理管理干部任职现状、对培训内容和方式的需求、影响培训的因素等。方法便利抽取某护理管理干部培训班成员203名,采用自行设计的问卷,了解其任职现状、培训内容和培训方式需求及影响培训的因素。结果护理管理干部任职学历、职称欠合理,但任职方式呈现出良好的态势;任职能力以管理协调能力为主;质量控制与风险管理、管理/护理管理知识位于培训内容需求的前2位;短期培训班和到上级医院进修分别为护理部主任和护士长最青睐的培训方式;上级领导不支持被认为是制约护理管理干部培训的主要因素。结论护理管理干部任职学历、职称欠合理,但任职方式呈现出良好的态势。护理管理干部培训应该是建立在需求分析基础上的长期系统的培训;组织者应该注重培训的技能转换效果评价。Objective To understand the status quo,training needs and methods of nurse administrators in Changsha and to discuss factors influencing training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 203 nursing administrators with convenient sample method.Results Management and coordination skills was regarded as the main competence of nurse administrators.Both quality control and risk management and management ranked the top two focuses in training content.As to training methods,short-term training or further study in other hospitals was the most popular ones.Without supporting from leaders was regarded as the major factors restricted the training.Conclusion The training of nurse administrators should base on the need analysis and should be a long-term and systematic one.The training contents and methods should vary from person to person and great importance should be attached to the training effects.
