摘　　要：陕甘宁边区政府在实施干部教育时非常注重对县级干部进行党史与革命史的教育。与此同时,这些县级干部也依据实际情况,开展灵活多变的学习方式,学习素材也是多种多样。在学习的过程中,他们将史学与史观融合起来,这不仅提升了他们的政治素养与理论水平,而且改进了他们的工作方法,提高了其工作业绩。与此同时,作为真正的亲民治事之"官",他们在塑造自身的同时,也在很大程度上改变着基层社会的面貌与乡村民众的心理。In carrying out its cadre education program the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region paid great attention to the education in the history of the Party and revolution for county-level cadres.At the same time,these county-level cadres also took into consideration the actual conditions and carried out their study program in flexible and diversified ways with different learning materials.In the course of their study,they integrated historical knowledge with historical conception,which not only raised their political attainments and theoretical level,but also improved their working method and job performance.Meanwhile,as ＂officials＂ conscientiously working for the interests of the people and administering their counties,they considerably changed the face of local society and the psychology of the rural people in the course of molding themselves.
