摘 要:探索城市能源利用的最佳途径是构建低碳城市的重要保障,城市能源系统的合理规划是城市能源合理利用的前提,更是国内外关注的热点。目前的能源系统模型研究大多聚焦于城市能源规划的某一阶段或方面,对于指导中国大规模低碳生态城的开发建设具有很大的局限性;而SynCity模型是统筹考虑建筑选址布局、负荷需求以及能源技术选择、能流分布之间的关系的一种综合城市能源系统规划模型。文章系统阐述了SynCity模型,并将其应用到上海临港新城,通过工程实例模拟得出了CO2排放量最低目标下的最佳能源供求方案为燃气发动机热泵(GHP)和建筑热电冷(BCHP)三联供相结合的能源供应模式。The best way of urban energy use is an important guarantee of building low-carbon city,and the rational planning of urban energy system is the premise of suitable urban energy use,so how to plan the urban energy system is the focus of attention at home and abroad.Unfortunately,most of the existing study on energy system model focus on only one stage or aspect of urban energy system planning,so they have many limitations for guiding Chinese large scale development and construction of low-carbon eco-city.SynCity model proposed in this study is an integrated planning model for urban energy system which could make overall considerations of construction site selection and layout,load demand and energy technology options,and energy flow distribution.This paper gives a detailed introduction to SynCity model and demonstrates it in the case of Shanghai Lingang New City.By case study simulation,it can be seen that the best solution to energy supply and demand with minimum target of CO2 emissions is the combination of gas engine heat pump and building cooling,heating and power.
