慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者血清中总IgE、ECP表达及意义

摘　　要：目的分析在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者发病因素中变态反应所起的作用。方法用Immu-noCAP100E变应原检测系统(瑞典Phadia公司)检测78例慢性鼻窦炎,83例鼻息肉患者以及93例正常人群血清中的总IgE(TIgE)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的表达情况。结果 TIgE在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者血清的表达无统计学差异(P>0.1),在与正常人群相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。ECP在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者血清的表达无统计学差异(P>0.1),在慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者中与正常人群有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的发病因素中,变态反应起着一定的作用,但是具体机制还有待进一步研究。Objective To assess the effect of allergy in the onset of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Total-IgE and ECP were determined in 78chronic rhinosinusitis patients,83 nasal polyp＇s patients as well as 93 normal as control group by using Pharmacia UniCAP 100 system.Results The expression of total-IgE,ECP in chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps patients was negative（P0.1）.The serum level of total-IgE in chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps patients increased compared with control group（P0.05）,serum level of ECP was positive in chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps patients compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusions The role of allergy in the chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps needs further investigation.
