摘　　要：装载机是井下煤矿巷道建设和日常维护保养的必备设备,必须符合《煤矿用防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车技术检验规范(暂行)》标准的要求。随着国家对煤矿安全生产要求力度的加大和煤矿规模的扩大,特别是对于百万t级以上的大、中型煤矿,需求安全性能高、生产能力大的防爆装载机。ZL30EFB型轮胎式防爆装载机是应市场需求而研制的特种装载机。介绍ZL30EFB型轮胎式防爆装载机的研制背景、技术要求等,对ZL30EFB型轮胎式防爆装载机的技术创新点做了详细介绍。Loaders are necessary equipment utilized to build and maintenance daily coal mine lanes so that they must be in compliance with the requirements in Technical Inspection Code (Interim) of Railless Rubber Tires Vehicles with Explosion Proof Diesel Engine. With more compulsory national requirements on mines safety production and expansion of cola mines size, explosion proof loaders of high safety level and high production capability are demanded especially in large and middle size coal mines of millions tonnage output. Model ZL30EFB wheel type explosion proof loader is a special loader developed in view of the market demanding. Its development background and technical requirements are described in the article and technical innovations are expatiated.
