摘　　要：以CD250型擦窗机的折臂为研究对象,采用有限元方法,对其最不利受力工况静强度进行分析,获得应力分布规律,验证其结构设计的合理性;通过折臂提升启动和下降制动两个典型工况瞬态动力学分析,得到动载荷影响系数,为擦窗机的设计与改进提供理论依据。Aiming at the folding arm of model CD250 window cleaning machine, static strength under the most adverse loading condition is analyzed with finite element method to obtain stresses distribution and verify the structural design rationality. Transient dynamic analysis is conducted under two typical work conditions of starting folding arm hoisting and lowering braking. Dynamic load coefficient is obtained and theoretical basis is provided for the design and improvement of window- cleaning machines.
