摘  要:路面冷铣刨机的作业是通过铣刨鼓上的刀具冲击破碎切削路面来实现的。当铣刨鼓连续高速运转工作时,每一把刀具切削的过程集合成线切削,再经过铣刨鼓的运动形成面的铣刨效果。从铣刨鼓结构、刀具磨损与耐用度、刀座的干涉磨损、铣刨鼓轴端的设计、抛料板安装原则等方面进行分析,指出摩擦磨损、刀座干涉磨损是铣刨鼓工作的固有特性,而"深转密动"铣刨用量四要素和铣刨鼓运转"动态"条件,以及刀具材料和刀具排布"静态"特性对路面冷铣刨机刀具和刀座磨损形态及原因有着重要影响。The operation of a cold milling machine is through impacting, crushing and cutting pavements by the teeth on a milling drum. During the continuous and high speed rotation of a drum, cutting procedure of each tooth is integrated into a line and a plane milling effect is obtained through the drum rotation. The drum structure, tooth wear and durability, interfering wear of the tooth- seats, design of shaft end of the drum as well as installation way of the plate thrower are analyzed in the article. It is pointed out that friction wear and interfering wear of the tooth-seats are the natural characteristics during the drum operation. Four factors of milling operation, dynamic conditions of the drum rotation, the teeth material and static characteristics of the teeth distribution exert great influences on wearing states and causes of teeth and tooth-seats.
