电火花成形机床热变形影响因素的分析

摘　　要：在电火花成形机床热变形测试平台上,进行机床的热变形试验。分析了电火花成形机床产生热变形的诸因素,由实验数据得出了工作液温度变化是电火花成形机床产生变形的主要因素,提出了减小机床热变形的措施。The thermal deformation test has been done on the The SEDM machine tool thermal deformation test platform.Based on the analysis of causes of thermal deformation,result that liquid temperature change is main factor and bring forward the method to reducing the thermal deformation of SEDM machine tool.
