摘　　要：女校长、女教授、女专家、女院长、女处长是我国高校女性高层人才主体。从全国高校,到解剖M大学,我国高校女性高层人才发展现状令人堪忧。我们切盼建设男女平等的校园文化,促进高层次女性人才在高校中的发展。Female presidents,female professors,female specialists,female deans and female directors are the subject of high - level female intellectuals in Chinese higher institutions.The present situation of female intellectuals from higher institutions in China including M university deserves our attention.We wish to construct harmonious campus culture and promote the development of female intellectuals in colleges and universities.
