城市总体规划中的碳氧平衡分析

摘　　要：低碳城市规划是当前规划界的热点,碳氧平衡分析是其中的重要内容之一,但是目前相关研究还很缺乏。本文以《昆山市城市总体规划》为例对城市总体规划阶段的碳氧平衡分析进行了初步探索,构建了碳氧平衡分析模型,运用该模型给出满足低碳目标的各种方案,同时结合产业、交通、能源、用地等方面的可行性分析,从中遴选出低碳富氧目标下的最佳规划方案,为低碳城市规划提供量化分析思路及方法。The low-carbon city planning becomes a hot issue in planning academia.The analysis of carbon-oxygen balance plays an important role in this area,but related research on this issue is still limited now.Based on Kunshan master plan,this paper makes an analysis of the carbon-oxygen balance in the process of urban master planning by establishing an analysis model of carbon-oxygen balance.The model is used to make different planning schemes meeting with lowcarbon requirements.Then the best planning scheme is selected based on the feasibility analysis of industry,transportation,energy and land etc.It would be references for the low-carbon city planning.
