通心络胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛52例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通心络胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择稳定型心绞痛患者78例,随机分成2组。治疗组52例,基本治疗(单硝酸异山梨酯和阿司匹林)加用通心络胶囊治疗;对照组26例,单用基本治疗,35d为1个疗程,观察心绞痛疗效、心电图变化和血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组与对照组心绞痛总有效率分别为82.7%和57.7%;心电图总有效率分别为73.1%和46.2%;血液流变学改善,治疗组均优于对照组,比较2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),并无副反应。结论:通心络胶囊治疗稳定型心绞痛具有明显的临床疗效。AIM： To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris by using Tongxinluo Capsule.METHODS： Seventy-eight patients with stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The therapeutic group（n = 52） was treated with basic therapy（Isosorbide mononitrate ＋ Aspirin） and Tongxinluo Capsule and the control group（n = 26） was treated with basic therapy.The changes of syndrome coroary artery disease and ECG and hemorheology were observed after one course of treatment（35 d）.RESULTS： The total clinical effective rates in the therapeutic group were 82.7% and 57.7% in the control group respectively.The total ECG changes were 73.1% in the therapeutic group and 46.2% in the control group respectively.Hemorheology in the therapeutic group was better than that in the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.No adverse effect was found in the therapeutic group.CONCLUSION： Tongxinluo Capsule has obvious curative effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.
