摘 要:目的:研究淫羊藿总黄酮对环磷酰胺所致小鼠生精障碍的治疗作用。方法:腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠生精障碍模型,检测小鼠的睾丸及附睾重量、精子密度、活率,流式细胞术分析睾丸生精细胞周期,光、电镜观察睾丸组织学和超微结构的变化。结果:淫羊藿总黄酮能够显著增加模型小鼠的睾丸、附睾重量,提高精子密度、精子活率,恢复各级生精细胞百分比;并能改善环磷酰胺所致模型小鼠睾丸组织的病理性损害。结论:淫羊藿总黄酮可以显著改善环磷酰胺致生精障碍小鼠生殖功能。AIM: To investigate the protective effect of total flavones extract of Folium Epimedii on spermatogenic disturbance induced by cyclophosphamide in mice.METHODS: The mouse’s dyszoospermia model was established by peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.The weight of testis and epididymis,sperm count,sperm motility rate were recorded,the percentage of spermatogenic cells were measured with flow cytometry,and histological observations of the testis tissues under the microscope were used to determine the effect of total flavones of Folium Epimedii on reproductive regulatory function.RESULTS: The total flavones of Folium Epimedii could significantly antagonize weight loss of the reproduction organ caused by cyclophosphamide,markedly increase the sperm count,sperm motility rate and recover the the percentage of spermatogenic cells.The pathological injury in testicular tissue was markedly improved in the total flavones of Folium Epimedii groups compared with the models.CONCLUSION: Total flavones of Folium Epimedii can significantly improve the impaired reproductive function induced by cyclophosphamide in mice.
