摘  要:目的:确定傣药竹叶兰中总黄酮物质的最佳提取工艺条件。方法:以芦丁为指标应用超声耦合丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取竹叶兰中总黄酮物质,采用星点设计-响应面分析法优化提取工艺条件,考察丙醇浓度、硫酸铵用量、超声时间3个因素对竹叶兰总黄酮得率的影响。结果:竹叶兰总黄酮最佳提取条件:丙醇浓度为55%,超声时间为50 min,硫酸铵用量20%,总黄酮得率为3.53%。结论:双水相体系对竹叶兰总黄酮有较好的提取作用,工艺简单、省时、易操作、易于放大。AIM: To obtain the optimal extraction conditions of general flavonoids from Arundina graminifolia Dai nationality folk medicine.METHODS: The rutin was assigned to marker,the ultrasonic-assisted propanol in combination with(NH4)2SO4 aqueous two-phase system were used to extract the total flavonids from Arundina graminifolia.With three factors including propanol concentration,quantity of(NH4)2SO4 and ultrasonic process time,by central composite design and response surface method.RESULTS: The optimum extraction condition was composed of 55% of propanol concentration 50 min ultrasonic time,and 20% of ammonium sulfate dosage.Under this condition,the yield was up to 3.53%.CONCLUSION: The experiment shows that ultrasonic coupling with propanol-ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system is an effective method for extracting the general flavonoids from Arundina graminifolia.The method is simple,convenient and easily enlarging.
