聚维酮碘和二氧化氯对泥鳅的急性毒性试验

摘　　要：试验结果表明:聚维酮碘对泥鳅的244、8 h和96 h半致死质量浓度分别为449、393、360 mg/L;安全质量浓度为90 mg/L。二氧化氯对泥鳅的24、48 h和96 h半致死质量浓度分别为1110、984、942 mg/L;安全质量浓度为232 mg/L。这2种消毒药物的安全质量浓度均远远高于它们在养殖生产中常用的泼洒浓度和浸浴浓度。聚维酮碘和二氧化氯在泥鳅养殖生产和病害防治中可以按照常规使用浓度放心使用。The acute toxicity of chlorine dioxide and PVP-Ⅰ to oriental weatherfish（Misgurnus anguillicaudatus）was performed by biological toxic test method to evaluate the semi-lethal concentrations and the safe concentrations.The median lethal concentrations of PVP-Ⅰ to the fish were 449 mg/L for 24 h,393 mg/L for 48,and 360 mg/L for 96 h,and the safe concentration 90 mg/L.The median lethal concentrations of chlorine dioxide to the fish were 1110 mg/L for 24 h,984 mg/L for 48 h,and 942 mg/L for 96 h,and the safe concentration 232 mg/L.The safe concentrations of the two disinfectants were found to be much higher than the exposed doses in aquaculture,and to be used safely for disease prevention and treatment in fish.
