浦钢公司铁水KR脱硫工艺实践

摘　　要：简要介绍了宝钢集团浦钢公司的铁水KR法脱硫工艺和装备,其具有铁水原料条件不稳定和技术装备先进、自动化程度高的特点。为适应COREX铁水硅高的特点及保证KR的脱硫效果,对开工用铝渣的成分进行了调整,并且采用2次搅拌法脱硫,从热试第1炉的效果看,脱硫效果明显。宝钢集团浦钢公司炼钢厂铁水KR脱硫设备的投产使用,标志着浦钢百年老厂的涅槃重生,同时也是在COREX铁水条件下脱硫的全新尝试。在实际生产过程中,通过优化和完善设备及工艺制度,各项工艺和经济指标也慢慢趋近或达到了设计水平。KR desulphurizing′s technology and equipment at steelmaking plant,Baosteel Group Pudong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.This set of KR has two characteristics.One is the unstable condition of hot metal.Another is automatization.In order to adapt the high content of in molten iron and keep effect on desulphurization,the component of Al-dross and desulphurized with second-mix-round method was adjusted.The result of first furnace of KR was good.This set of KR desulphurizing′s equipment putting into production indicated the new born of Pudong Iron and Steel Company.It was the first try in the condition of COREX hot metal.With optimizing and consummating the process and equipment,the production data was closing to the design data slowly in practice.
