摘  要:在生产条件下对承钢100 t转炉提钒的过程特征进行了研究。首先,测取承钢100 t转炉提钒冶炼的过程数据21炉,获得2 718项第一手实际生产数据。经统计分析,得到对熔池内元素成分变化的定量描述;进而对冶炼过程中钒元素和碳元素的选择性氧化进行了讨论。研究得到了转炉提钒冶炼过程中熔池内各元素的变化曲线、钒渣中V2O3的活度系数约为2.14×10-4、脱钒保碳临界温度在提钒冶炼过程中的变化曲线。对比转炉熔池实际温度的变化对承钢提钒冶炼现状进行了分析,进而提出了改进意见。The characteristics in extracting vanadium by 100t convert in Chengde steel company was carried on under production condition.Firstly,the sampling experiment during smelting process in the 100t converter of Chengde steel company was made,and 21 heats all 2718 first-hand valuable process data was collected.According to statistical analysis on the data attained,the change of elements in molten bath was described quantitatively.Based on the transformation of V-C during the smelting process,optional oxidation of extracting vanadium from converter was discussed.The following conclusions are obtained: the changing curve of each element in molten bath is given,the activity coefficient of V2O3 in vanadium slag is about 2.14×10-4,the changing curve on critical temperature of replacing vanadium with carbon is shared.Comparing the change of practical temperature in the molten bath of the converter,the smelting actuality is analyzed and some advices are presented.
