摘  要:从弹性动力学的观点出发对齿轮结构进行了动力特性分析,得到了不同材料齿轮结构在不同流体介质中的固有频率和固有振型,并应用声学理论,结合瑞利-里兹方法及声学理论,计算模拟了齿轮结构在轴向激励作用下所辐射的声功率等声学特性,给出了齿轮结构声功率随圆频率、激励力、齿轮厚度,以及阻尼比等参数的变化规律,从而可以定量预估齿轮结构自鸣噪声。在此基础上利用遗传优化算法对影响齿轮减速器辐射声场的各参数进行了低噪声优化,给出了低噪声下各参数的最优值,对齿轮结构的动力学设计、减振降噪和噪声控制具有重要意义。From the point of view of elastic dynamics,the dynamic characteristic of the gear structure is analyzed,the natural frequency and vibration mode of gear structure with different materials in different fluid media are obtained.Based on the Rayleigh-Ritz method and acoustic theory,the radiated acoustic characteristic as the sound power of the gear structure under the action of axial excitation is also calculated and simulated.Accordingly,the variation rule for sound power of gear structure with circular frequency,exciting force,gear depth as well as damping ratio are given out so that the gear structure noise can be quantitatively estimated.Then,by using the method of genetic algorithm,the various parameters that affect the sound field are optimized and the optimal value of each parameter after the noise is reduced is also obtained.This has important significance for the dynamic design,vibration reduction and noise control of gear structure.
