摘　　要：针对冷轧重卷机组在卷取过程中带钢存在"带头印"问题,本文提出了一种运动中带头和软钳口定位控制方法,给出了数学模型和控制程序。其采用了闭环控制,具有精度高、实时性好的特点。该控制方法在宝钢多条重卷机组中使用后,钳口对准率达100%,解决了"带头印"问题。Aiming at solving the mark on strip steel during the recoiling process in the cold-rolling recoiling unit,this article proposed a control method for positioning the strip head and soft slot in movement and provided the mathematical model and control procedure.It is characterized by high accuracy real-time monitoring with closed-loop control.This control method,with 100% accuracy of positioning the soft slot in recoiling lines in Baosteel,successfully solves the ＂mark on strip steel＂.
