摘　　要：二氧化碳(CO2)等温室气体大量排放是导致全球气候变暖的主因,为此"低碳"生产、生活方式渐渐成为当今社会的新宠。为论述"低碳"理念在污水处理方面的实际应用,首先剖析污水处理与碳排放之间的关系,明确发掘污水/污泥中有机能源对CO2的综合减排效果。其次,从宏观和微观角度审视污水处理实现"低碳"运行的技术策略,并在此基础上讨论实现低碳运行的技术途径。最后,总结污水处理实现低碳运行的技术导向。Massive emission of greenhouse gases such as CO2 results in global warming. For this reason, the life and production styles with low carbon have become appreciated. To demonstrate the con- cept and application of low carbon in wastewater treatment plants （WWTPs） , the relationship between wastewater treatment and emission of CO2 is firstly analyzed, and the net effect of sludge energy on reducing CO2 emission is identified. Next, technical strategies of low carbon operation of WWTPs are reviewed from both macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, and then technical approaches to achieving low carbon operation are fully discussed. Finally, the technical orientation towards achieving low carbon operation of WWTPs is logically finalized.
