养猪污水处理工程实例及分析

摘　　要：吉林省某畜牧集团种猪场采用UASB/接触氧化/BAF工艺对养殖污水进行处理,处理规模为1 000 m3/d。运行结果表明,在设计条件下,出水水质稳定,出水COD为15.14 mg/L、BOD5为7.10 mg/L、SS为8.55 mg/L、氨氮为6.37 mg/L,达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)标准,可回用于冲洗猪舍、冲厕、绿化。The combined process of UASB, contact oxidation and BAF is adopted to treat wastewater from breeding swine farm of a farming group in Jilin Province, and the treatment capacity is 1 000 m3/d. The operation results indicate that under design conditions, the effluent quality is stable, and the effluent COD, BOD5 , SS and NH3 - N are 15.14 mg/L, 7.10 rag/L, 8.55 mg/L and 6.37 mg/L respectively, meeting the requirement of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water--Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption （GB/T 18920 -2002 ）. The effluent can be used for washing pig pens, toilet flushing and greening.
