摘  要:利用氢氧化钠稀溶液的各向异性腐蚀是大规模生产单晶硅太阳电池表面陷光结构的主要方法,介绍了碱腐蚀的基本原理和单晶硅太阳电池制绒生产工艺,分析了绒面制备过程中易出现的问题,并给出了这些问题相应的一些处理方法。根据化学反应方程式,计算了药品补加的量,并解释了溶液失效的原因,提出了延长溶液使用寿命的方法。Anisotropic etching by dilute alkaline solutions is the main method to produce the surface texturing technology of mono-crystalline silicon solar cells.In this paper,the basic theories of alkali etching and the texturing process of mono-crystalline silicon solar cells were introduced,and the problems caused by different process parameters during the industrial production were researched,and the appropriate treatment was presented.According to the chemical reaction equation,the necessary additional quantities of chemical drugs like sodium hydroxide and IPA were calculated,and then the reason why the solution failed was analyzed.Based on a lot of practical experience,the method to extend the useful life of solution was proposed.
