摘 要:针对智能仪器仪表高稳定性、高可靠性的需求和恶劣工业运行环境的矛盾,设计了一种基于法拉电容的掉电保护方案。采用法拉电容作为后备电源在系统失电时为系统供电,并针对法拉电容快速充放电的特性,设计了相应的外围电路,并采用BOOST电路提高电容能效;软件完成触发信号检测、保存数据、关闭系统配合硬件有效的实现智能仪器仪表的掉电保护。通过实验验证了方案,并得到成功的应用。A kind of super-capacitor based power-down protection was designed aiming to solve the contradiction of intelligent instrumentation for high stability,reliability requirements and harsh industrial environments.Super-capacitor was used as a back-up power in the system when the system lost power supply and corresponding peripheral circuits was designed for the super-capacitor's fast charging and discharging characteristics.BOOST convertor was applied for super-capacitor circuit to improve energy efficiency.Software was designed to check triggering signal and save essential data and close the system in the power-down protection.It is verified by experiment and applied successfully.
