药物配合音乐疗法治疗心绞痛型冠心病伴焦虑抑郁疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸配合音乐疗法治疗心绞痛型冠心病伴焦虑抑郁的疗效。方法:对照组50例给予复方丹参滴丸及一般心理治疗,治疗组50例另配合音乐疗法治疗。结果:治疗组心绞痛发作及心电图检查均较对照组改善明显(P<0.01),SDS和SAS评分较对照组降低显著(P<0.01)。结论:复方丹参滴丸配合音乐疗法能显著提高心绞痛型冠心病伴焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on angina pectoris accomponied with anxiety and depression treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with music therapy.Method：50 cases were treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with general psychotherapy as the control group while 50 cases were treated by Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with music therapy as the study group.Result：The improvement of heart attacks and electrocardiographic examination of the study group was more obvious than that of the control group（P0.01）.The score of SDS and SAS of the study group decreased more significantly than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with music therapy could improve the clinical therapeutic effect on angina pectoris accomponied with anxiety and depression significantly.
