摘  要:目的研究半去势雄性大鼠外周血中睾酮水平变化规律。方法取20只性功能正常的雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常组与半去势组(n=10),分别行右侧睾丸摘除术与假手术后,第2,3、5、7、9周放射免疫法检测外周血中睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)含量。结果在各时间段内,半去势组T含量显著低于正常组(P<0.05),半去势组第7周显著高于第2、3、5、9周(P<0.05),正常组各周间差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。半去势组LH在2、3、5、7、9周后均显著高于正常组(P<0.05),在各时间段内,半去势组第7周显著高于2、3、5、9周(P<0.05),而第3、5周与第9周间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。半去势组与正常组间FSH含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),半去势组2、3、5、7、9周间差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)结论半去势后T水平显著降低,其代偿性升高于现象9周后回落,其代偿机制可能与LH相关。Objective To study the semi-castrated male rats changes of testosterone levels in peripheral blood.Methods 20 normal male sexual function SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and the semi-castrated group(n=10),excision of the right testis were performed with the sham operation,the first 2,3,5,7 9 weeks radioimmunoassay in peripheral blood testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) content.Results In each period,semi-castrated group T was significantly lower than the normal group(P〈0.05),half of the ovariectomized group at 7th week were higher than 2,3,5,9 weeks(P〈0.05),the normal group there was no significant difference between weeks(P〉0.05).Semi-castrated group at 2,3,5,7,9 weeks after the LH were significantly higher than the normal group(P〈0.05),in each period,half of the ovariectomized group was significantly higher than the first 7 weeks 2,3,5,9 weeks(P〈0.05),and the first 3,5 weeks and the first 9 weeks was no significant difference between(P〉0.05).Semi-castrated group and normal FSH levels between groups was no significant difference(P〉0.05),semi-castrated group 2,3,5,7,9 There was no significant difference between weeks(P〉0.05) Conclusion The semi-castrated T levels were significantly reduced,the compensatory increase of the phenomenon after 9 weeks in fall,and its compensatory mechanisms may be associated with the LH.
