伊木萨克片对糖尿病性ED大鼠阴茎组织中VIP的影响

摘　　要：目的研究维药伊木萨克片对糖尿病(DM)性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)大鼠阴茎海绵体组织中VIP蛋白表达水平的影响。方法随机选取雄性SD大鼠70只,其中60只以链脲佐菌素诱导建立DM模型;DM动物模型造模成功者,再进行阿朴吗啡阴茎勃起实验,以筛选DM性ED模型。以未加处理因素的10只大鼠为正常对照组;发生ED者随机分为DM性ED组、伊木萨克片组、胰岛素组、伊木萨克片联合胰岛素(联用)组;未成DM者为STZ组。各组给药6周后,采用免疫组化SP法检测各组大鼠阴茎组织中VIP含量。结果 DM性ED组、DM组VIP蛋白表达水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);伊木萨克片组、胰岛素组、联用组大鼠阴茎组织中VIP蛋白表达水平高于DM性ED组(P<0.05);伊木萨克片组、胰岛素组、联用组、STZ组大鼠阴茎组织中VIP阳性细胞数与正常对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维药伊木萨克片可提高DM性ED大鼠阴茎阴茎VIP蛋白表达水平,从而改善其勃起功能。Objective To study the effects of Uygur Yimusake tablet on diabetic（DM） erectile dysfunction（ED） in rat penis cavernosum tissue protein levels of VIP.Methods SD rats were randomly selected 70 male,60 of which only induced by streptozotocin DM model;DM successful animal model,further experiments apomorphine erectile to filter model DM of ED.Factors in the 10 untreated rats as normal control group;place of ED were randomly divided into DM ED group,Yimusake tablet group,the insulin group,Yimusake tablet combined with insulin in Yimusake tablet group;minors who DM for the STZ group.After 6 weeks of administration in each group,using immunohistochemical SP method to detect the content of VIP in rat penile tissue.Results DM of the ED group,DM group of VIP expression was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;Yimusake tablet group,the insulin group,together with a group of VIP in rat penile tissue protein levels of more than DM ED group（P〈0.05）;Yimusake tablet group,the insulin group,together with the group,STZ group in rat penile tissue VIP positive cells and normal control group,no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Uygur Yimusake tablet can increase erectile dysfunction of diabetes mellitus penis VIP protein levels,thus improving the erectile function.
