摘　　要：通过分析高等学校图书馆读者对象的需求变化,阐述了图书馆传统管理模式面临的主要问题,探讨了图书馆在服务上不断创新、不断提高、不断延伸的必要性和可行性。This paper analyzes the demand changes of readers in university library,expounds the main problems faced by the traditional management mode of library,and probes into the necessity and feasibility of the continuous innovation,continuous improvement and continuous extension of library service.
