摘　　要：根据心理学的定义和图书馆活动的基本三要素,指出了借鉴心理学概念、理论和方法研究图书馆现象的必要性,概述了读者心理研究对图书馆工作的指导作用。Based on the definition of the psychology and three basic factors of library activity,this paper points out the necessity of researching library phenomenon by using the concepts,theories and methods of the psychology,and expounds the guiding function of the research on readers＇ psychology on library work.
