子宫多处血管缝扎术在抢救产后出血中的应用

摘　　要：【目的】对子宫多处血管缝扎术在抢救难治性产后出血中的有效性和安全性进行调查分析。【方法】对112例孕产妇发生产后出血情况进行回顾性调查,21例经常规治疗无效后行子宫多处血管缝扎术,其中13例剖宫产时发生难治性产后出血。【结果】对21例产后出血的产妇,其中13例为难治性产后出血,实行子宫多处血管缝扎术,止血成功。仅2例因胎盘植入、子宫肌纤维断裂致子宫收缩乏力行子宫次全切除术。【结论】子宫多处血管缝扎术为抢救产后出血安全、简单、有效的方法。【Objective】To investigate and analyse the validity and safety of uterine artery suture ligation applied in intractable postpartum hemorrhage.【Methods】A retrospective survey included 112 maternal postpartum hemorrhage cases was observed.21 cases including 13 intractable postpartum hemorrhage occured in cesarean section were rescued by uterine artery suture ligation for useless of conventional therapies.【Results】21 cases including13 intractable postpartum hemorrhage implemented uterine artery sewing ligation were stanched succeesfully,only one case was operated with subtotal hysterectomy because of implanted placenta and uterine muscle fibers tear caused uterine atony.【conclusions】Uterine artery suture ligation is a safe,simple,valid method of rescuing postpartum hemorrhage.
