摘　　要：论述了首钢迁安钢铁有限责任公司通过在汽化冷却烟道的设计、制造、运行、维护等方面开展技术研究和工艺改进,提高了转炉汽化冷却烟道系统的使用寿命。投产5年来,3座210t转炉共生产91 124炉钢,从未出现汽化烟道漏水现象。The present paper introduces expansion of the service life of the evaporative cooling flue system of the converters by way of technological research and process improvement in evaporative cooling flue design,manufacture,operation,maintenance and etc.Defects of water leaking in the evaporative cooling flue system have never occurred for 5 years since the commissioning of the system of the 3 converters（210 t volume/each）,which have producted a total of 91 124 heats of steel in the period.
