新型二芳基硫脲(DATU)/CdS复合纳米球的合成及取代基影响的研究

摘  要:以CS2、芳胺和CdC l2为原料,采用液相原位沉淀法,50℃下,在水-三乙醇胺〔V(水)∶V(三乙醇胺)=1∶1〕溶剂中合成了苯环带4-(氢、甲基、甲氧基、氯、羧基)及3-硝基等的N,N′-二芳基硫脲(DATU)/CdS有机-无机复合材料,通过SEM、TEM、XRD、FTIR、TG、UV-vis、PL等对产物形貌、结构和光学性能进行了表征。结果表明,DATU/CdS复合材料可以形成表面粗糙、分散均匀的纳米球,且含吸电子基的芳基硫脲能够有效阻止CdS粒子的聚集,提高粒子的分散性及使硫化镉的紫外吸收更大蓝移。DATU与硫化镉间存在较强的相互作用,该作用可以提高DATU在复合材料中的热稳定性,并明显增强硫化镉粒子529 nm处的PL发射峰。The organic-inorganic nanocomposites of N,N′-diarylthiourea(DATU)/CdS with the groups of 4-(H,Me,MeO,Cl and COOH) and 3-NO2 on benzene were successfully synthesized by CS2,arylamines and CdCl2 at 50 ℃ in water and triethanolamine(TEA)(V(water)∶V(TEA)=1∶1).The morphology,structure and optical properties of products were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM,TEM,TG,UV-vis and PL.The results reveal that the organic-inorganic nanocomposites are good dispersed nanospheres with a rough surface.The electron-withdrawing groups on benzene effectively prevent the aggregation of DATU/CdS particles,thus resulting in good dispersed spheres.Furthermore,larger blue shifts of CdS UV-vis are also caused by electron-withdrawing groups.The strong interaction between DATU and CdS results in the higher thermostability of DATU in nanocomposites and increasing the intensity of PL emission peak at 529 nm.
