我国运动员成长阶段的委托代理风险及其应对

摘　　要：以委托代理理论为基础,根据运动员培养过程的特殊性,系统分析在我国竞技体育领域围绕运动员培养问题所产生的国家与省级体育部门之间(包括部分职业俱乐部)、省级体育部门与所辖地方体育部门之间、各级体育部门与教练员之间,以及运动员与教练员之间的4层委托代理关系。从理论层面深入地分析这些委托代理关系所产生的委托代理问题,同时以几个典型的个案为例对这些委托代理问题所产生的委托代理风险的形成机制进行解释,并针对运动员的委托代理风险提出应对策略。Based on commissioned agency theory,according to the particularity of the process of athlete training,this paper systematically analyzed the agency relationships between the national and the provincial sports departments（including some professional clubs）,the provincial sport administration and the local sports administration,different sport administration and sports coaches,and the athletes and coaches,which arising around the athletes cultivation in the field of competitive sports training.From the theoretical level,this paper in-depth analyzed these commissioned agency problems arising from the commissioned agency relationship.Meanwhile,it explained the formation of commissioned agency risk arising from these commissioned agency problems by several typical evidences.At last,it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the athletes＇ commissioned agency risk.
