二藤通痹合剂联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗类风湿关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价二藤通痹合剂联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将100例RA患者分为二藤通痹合剂对照组(50例),二藤通痹合剂联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗组(50例),治疗3个月,观察DAS-28积分变化,评价临床疗效。结果:总有效率两组有显著差异(P<0.05),两组的DAS-28积分有显著差异(P<0.05),在具体的功能改善方面(关节压痛数,关节肿胀数,血沉(ESR),C反应蛋白(CRP))方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:二藤通痹合剂联合正清风痛宁缓释片能有效改善活动期RA患者的症状(如关节疼痛肿胀数目,血沉、C反应蛋白等),增强抗炎镇痛、缓解病情的作用,不良反应未见增加,具有增效减毒作用,说明对活动期的RA患者两者联合应用可以作为一种用药的模式供临床参考。Objective： Evaluation of two rattan Tongbi Mixture United Zhengqing Feng tong ning release tablets in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis （RA） clinical efficacy. Methods：A randomized controlled Method, 100 cases of RA were divided into two rattan Tongbi Mixture control group（ 50 cases ）, two rattan Tongbi Mixture United Zheng qing feng tong ning release tablets in the treatment group（50 cases）, treatment 3 months to observe changes in DAS -28 points to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Re- sults：The total effective rate was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, two of the DAS -28 points was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）, improvement in specific functions （ the number of joint tenderness, swelling the number of, erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） ,C- reactive protein（CRP） ） aspects of the treatment group than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Two rattan Tongbi Mixture United Zheng qing feng tong ning sustained release tablets can improve the activity of RA symptoms（ such as the number of joint pain, swelling, ESR, C - reactive protein, etc. ） , enhanced anti - inflammatory analgesic, palliative role no increase in adverse reactions, attenuated synergistic effect,indicating that the activity of the RA patients with two drugs in combination can be used as a model for clinical reference.
