云南白药治疗软组织损伤的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:评价云南白药治疗软组织损伤的疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库CBMdi-sc(1978—2009)等8个数据库;手工检索1995—2009年10种中文杂志。纳入文献质量采用Jadad评分,资料分析采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.0.2软件。结果:纳入9个研究,共计2140例患者,有4个高质量研究(评分为3～5分)。Meta分析结果表明,云南白药内服治疗软组织损伤疗效与止痛的西药内服作用相似(P=0.48),局部外用则优于西药内服(P=0.002),常作为阳性对照药物与内服或外用的中药制剂比较,其不良反应发生较少。结论:云南白药内服或外用治疗软组织损伤有效,一般疗程为7～10天,因为纳入的研究样本数量少,研究有待更多的高质量的临床试验验证。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yun Nan Bai Yao（YNBY） in the treatment of soft tissue injury. Methods：More than eight electronic databases were searched. The quality of eligible trials was assessed by Jadad＇ s scale. The Revman 5.0.2 software was used for datum syntheses and metaanalyses. Results ： Nine trials involving 2140 patients met the inclusive criteria, and four trials were graded as high - quality trials （ scoring 3 - 5marks）. By means of internal application, there was no statistical difference between subjects treated by YNBY and treated by Western medicine （ P = 0.48 ） ; but it was better than Western medicine when used externally（P = 0. 002）. With low adverse reaetions,YNBY was used as a positive control drug to assess the effect of preparations made from traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of soft tissue injury. Conclusion ： YNBY was an effective medicine in the treatment of soft tissue injury with the duration of 7 to 10 days. Further trials with the high - quality study designs should be conducted in this field.
