蒲丁藤酱消炎汤加阿奇霉素治疗非淋性慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目地:探讨中西医结合治疗非淋性慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:对照组口服阿奇霉素,治疗组在对照组基础上加中药蒲丁藤酱消炎汤治疗慢性盆腔炎,对照比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组总有效率47.3%。治疗组和对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:采用中西医结合治疗非淋性盆腔炎疗效优于单纯抗生素治疗。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of combined treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on patients with non - gonococeal chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods ： The patients were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group patients only took Azithromyein orally and the treatment group took both Azthromycin and Pu Ding Teng Jiang. Results ： There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effect rate of treatment group is 95.7%, and the control group is 47. 3 %. Conclusion：The combined treatment by Pu Ding Teng Jiang and Azithromycin have better effects than unitary Azithromycin treatment.
