穴位按摩法对产妇强啡肽水平影响及镇痛作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过在第一产程活跃期时,对产妇实施穴位按摩,探讨此法对产妇体内强啡肽水平及分娩疼痛的影响。方法:将200例符合纳入标准的产妇随机分为两组,观察组100例,按中医理论对个体进行辨证后,采用穴位按摩法给予镇痛;另100例对照组,进行自然分娩。比较两组对产妇体内强啡肽水平及镇痛方面的影响。结果:穴位按摩后,观察组VAS评分低于按摩前(P<0.01);且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01);分娩后,观察组静脉血强啡肽含量高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在第一产程活跃期进行穴位按摩可以增强产妇体内强啡肽水平,并减轻分娩疼痛。Objective：To investigate the effect on dynorphin and labor pains after using acupuncture point massage during the period of active phase on the first stage of labor. Methods：200 parturients up to standard are derided into 2 groups,100 parturients are observe group, using the acupuncture point massage to analgesia after differentiation with Traditional Chinese Medicine＇s theory ; 100 parturients are contrast group with delivery compare the effect between the 2 groups on dynorphin and labor pains. Results ： After using acupuncture point massage the observe group＇s VAS is lower than before （P 〈 0.01 ） ;the observe group＇s VAS is lower than the contrast groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After labor,the observe group＇s dynorphin in venous blood is higher than contrast groups＇ （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Conclusion ： Using the method of acupuncture point massage could enhance the level of maternal body dynorphin and reduce labor pains during the period of active phase on the first stage of labor.
