摘  要:对100 t转炉冶炼管线钢X70单渣法深脱磷工艺进行了工业性试验研究,确定了冶炼过程需要控制的原料及操作制度等关键参数。得出结论,铁水硅含量为0.3%~0.6%、终点温度≤1700℃、终渣(FeO)含量〈26.45%,且增大渣量的情况下,可以生产出ω[P]平均为0.009 0%的成品。Based on the industrial test study of deep dephosphorization technique for making X70 pipeline steel with single slag operation in the 100 t top blown converter,some key parameters of the raw materials and operating duty are established during the blowing process.It is concluded that finished products with average content of 0.009 0% P can be produced when silicon content in hot metal is controlled in the range of 0.3%~0.6%,the blowing end point temperature is less than 1 700 ℃,the FeO content in the final slag is controlled lower than 26.45% even if the amount of slag is increased.
