摘  要:提出了一种石墨炉原子吸收测定钢中痕量铅的方法。本方法对仪器的最佳分析条件、升温程序、背景干扰及消除的情况进行了研究。采用稀硝酸溶解试样,1%NH4H2PO4+0.3%Mg(NO3)2为基体改进剂,在优化的实验条件下,铅的质量浓度在0~0.1μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,定量下限为0.002μg/mL,加标回收率为92.86%~105.96%。采用本方法对4种钢铁标准样品进行测定,结果显示准确度、精密度均满足要求。The method for determination of trace amount of lead(Pb)in the steel by graphite furnace atomic absorption technology is proposed.The optimum conditions for analysis,the temperature rising procedures,the background interference to the device and the elimination of the interference are studied.The sample is dissolved by the dilute nitric acid and 1%NH4H2PO4 and 0.3%Mg(NO3)2 are used to be the matrix improver,and under the optimized conditions for experiment,the mass concentration of Pb appears good linear relationship in the range of 0~0.1 μg/mL,showing that the quantitative lower limit is 0.002 μg/mL and the recovery ratio of Pb in the steel with the quantitative standard solution is 92.86%~105.96%.Four kinds of standard steel samples are determined by this method which is indicating that the accuracy and precision of the method can meet the requirements specified in the standards.
