摘 要:利用扫描电镜及能谱分析仪对纵向条纹缺陷进行了检验分析,结合生产工艺排查,认为纵向条纹是由于冷轧板表面粗糙度不均,造成乳化液轻度残留引起的亮度差异。热轧来料原始粗糙度、冷轧辊粗糙度、冷轧轧制速度是影响纵向条纹缺陷的主要原因。生产中根据不同钢种、不同冷轧板表面状态来设定平整工艺,对已形成的纵向条纹缺陷有一定的修复作用。Longitudinal stripe defects are checked and then analyzed by SEM and energy spectrum analyzer together with carrying out investigations on the manufacturing process.The results show that the longitudinal stripe defects are caused by different brightness due to less residual emulsions on the surface of cold rolled steel sheet with uneven roughness.Leading causes to longitudinal stripe defects include these factors such as the surface roughness of hot rolled sheets as raw materials for making cold rolled sheets and rolls as well as rolling speed of cold rolling.The temper rolling process can be adjusted according to different steel grades and different surface conditions of cold rolled sheets during production,which can repair these formed longitudinal stripe defects in some ways.
