Effects on the Bioactivity of the Extracts from Myoporum bontioides Against Imported Cabbage Worm (Pieris rapae)

摘  要:报道了苦槛蓝抽提物对菜粉蝶幼虫拒食、毒杀和影响生长发育作用的生物活性.试验表明,ρ=10g/L的苦槛蓝叶、茎浸提物对莱粉蝶3龄幼虫的非选择性拒食率均在90%以上,对4龄和5龄幼虫的拒食率分别为80%~86%和46%~65%.Pottr喷雾处理72h后,ρ=10g/L叶甲醇浸提物对3龄幼虫的校正死亡率可达86.1%,而ρ=10g/L叶石油醚浸提物对4龄幼虫的校正死亡率则为88.5%.用苦槛蓝叶氯仿和甲醇萃取物处理4龄试虫72h后,LC50分别是ρ=6.3g/L和13.9g/L.ρ=10g/L苦槛蓝叶氯仿萃取物处理菜粉蝶5龄幼虫4d后,试虫平均体重为对照的38.05%,羽化率4.00%,发育抑制率达86.15%.The significant antifeeding action and poisoning of the extracts from Myoporum bontioides against Pieris rapae L. were reported in this paper. The antifeeding rate with 1% methanolic extract andpetroleum ether extract from leaves and stems were above 90% against 3rd instar lareae, and 80% ~86% and 46% ~ 65% against 4th and 5th instar larvae of the insect pest in no-choice tests, respectively. After treatment with methanolic extract and petroleum ether extract in 72h, 86. 1% and 88. 5% ofmertality were obtained, respectively. The LC50 of the extract partitioned with chloroform and methanolfrom methanol extract against 4th instar larvae were 0. 63% and 1. 39%, respectively. In four days aftertreatment, with 1% chloroform extract partitioned from methanol extract, the average weight of 5th instarlarvac was 38. 05% of that in control, and the emergence rate of adult was 4.00% and the rate of growthinhibition was 88. 89%.
