摘　　要：当前取水许可审批管理信息化程度较低,已不符合经济社会发展的需要,取水许可审批管理体系的信息化建设有利于促进水行政主管部门提高工作效率,并对取水户进行有效的监督管理,本文利用几种信息化管理的常用手段,提出取水许可审批管理信息化建设的基本框架和实现方法,为水行政主管部门的取水许可审批工作提供理论参考和依据.The low informatization degree of water intake permit system is not in accord with the economic and social development,while information construction of water intake permit management system can help water administrative department improve work efficiency and supervise the water consumer more effectively.In this paper,the implementation methods for informatization construction of water intake permit system is advanced,based on several information management measures,which could provide theory references to water administrative department about water intake permit work.
