摘 要:以二氯苯酚为模板分子,丙烯酰胺(AM)为功能单体,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TRIM)为交联剂,采用反相微乳液聚合法制备了二氯苯酚分子印迹聚合物。研究了吸附时间、温度、pH和底物初始浓度对其吸附性能的影响,并考察了其重复利用性。利用扫描电镜和傅立叶红外光谱仪对聚合物的表面形貌和组成成分进行了表征分析。结果表明制备的聚合物在pH为7时吸附量最大,当底物浓度为100 mg/L时吸附量达到8.74 mg/g,吸附量随二氯苯酚初始浓度增大而呈增大趋势,40 min后吸附趋于饱和,温度对吸附量影响不大。Dichlorphenol molecularly imprinted polymer(dichlorphenol -MIP) was prepared by inverse micro-emulsion polymerization, using dichlorphenol as printing molecules, acrylamide(AM) as functional monomer, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TRIM) as cross-linker. The influence of adsorption time, temperature, pH and initial concentration of aniline on the adsorbance of MIPs were investigated, the reuse rate was also tested. The morphology and composition of dichlorphenol -MIP were characterized by Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The results show that the adsorption quantity of dichlorphenol -MIP was max when the pH was 7, reaching 8.74 mg/g when the initial concentration of substrate solution was 100 mg/L. The adsorption quantity increases as dichlorphenol's initial concentration increasing, it was nearly saturated after about 40 minutes, and the influence of temperature was slight.
