摘 要:针对炼钢车间内无组织排放烟尘的扩散问题,建立了三维模型,采用了FLUENT软件对烟尘在密闭车间内和通风车间内浓度扩散进行模拟,得到了车间内气流的速度场、压力场和烟尘污染物浓度的分布情况,并对模拟结果进行了分析和比较。将密闭的炼钢车间进行通风后,明显对无组织排放的烟尘扩散起到了很大的作用,烟尘浓度减少了很多,工作环境也相对变好;但由于炼钢车间属于高大厂房,通风后的车间仅在大门和开窗附近的工作区域自然通风良好,烟尘浓度微乎其微,工作环境比较好,通过大门越往车间深处空气流动越难带动,烟尘浓度有所增加,工作人员的工作环境质量相对靠近大门附近区域有所下降,因此在改进车间时应将大门到车间中心之后的墙壁上和屋顶上增加开窗密度,以便无组织排放的烟尘能较好的扩散,改善工人的工作环境。For the question of the spread of organizations dust in Steel-making workshop, established a three-dimensional model. FLUENT software was used simulating the concentration diffusion of dust in an enclosed workshop and ventilation plant, having the workshop air velocity, pressure and dust concentration distribution of pollutants, and analyzing and comparing the simulation results. The enclosed workshop would be changed to ventilation, then apparently playing a major role in the disorganized dust proliferation, reducing a lot of dust concentration, and the working environment relatively changed for the better. However, the steel plant room was a large plant, the good natural ventilation just only alter the vicinity of the doors and windows having minimal dust concentration and the better work environment, The more deep of the plant the more difficultly air flowing, so dust concentration was increasing and the quality of the work environment was relatively more deceased than the area near the door. Therefore, for improving the plant should be added to the density of the window on the walls and roof from the center of plant, so that the emission of dust could be better to spread, then improving the working environment.
