摘  要:文章介绍了2-乙基丙烯酸己酯(丙烯酸异辛酯)反应系统主要组成部分和基本流程,结合操作数据详细分析了各种因素对反应系统的影响,得出了相应的控制措施。保持反应条件稳定,丙烯酸转化率与醇酸摩尔比成正比,当摩尔比从1.05增大到1.10时,转化率的增速最快。考虑到后续回收醇的经济性,醇酸摩尔比设定在1.1较为合适。当醇酸摩尔比为1时,丙烯酸要达到90%的转化率,催化剂浓度为15 g/mol。为进一步提高反应转化率,可以适当提高醇酸摩尔比,以减少催化剂加入量。The paper introduced main equipments and basic process of the ethyl hexyl acrylate reaction system, and analyzed the influences caused by various factors combining with the dates, obtained the corresponding control measures. Keeping the reaction conditions stable, the acrylic acid conversion rate was proportional to the Alcohol-Acid mole ratio. When Alcohol-Acid mole ratio increased from 1.05 to 1.10, the growth of conversion rate was the fastest. Considering the efficiency of the isooctyl alcohol's recovery, it was appropriate to set the Alcohol-Acid mole ratio to 1.1. In the condition of setting the Alcohol-Acid mole ratio to l,the acrylic acid conversion rate can reach 90 % when the catalyst concentration was 15 g/mol. In order to improve the conversion rate without increasing catalyst addition amount, it was appropriate to increase the Alcohol-Acid mole ratio.
