摘　　要：根据我国国情和产业政策要求,以实验为依据、理论为指导,开展了煤化工行业反应塔用支撑球的研发。分析讨论了外观、配料、生产工艺对烧结性能、理化性能的影响,研究了影响相关机理。研究表明,在合理配方、优化工艺条件下,生产出的开孔支撑球性能优于以往同类瓷球性能,且具有良好的工艺性和经济性,可以很好地应用于煤化工行业。According to China＇s national conditions and industrial policies,based on experiments,theory,and carry out supporting ball used in the coal chemical industry reaction tower.Discussed the influence of appearance,ingredients and production process to the sintering properties,physical and chemical properties,and studied the effects of the relevant mechanism.The results show that,better performance openings supporting ball than past similar balls were developed by a reasonable formula and the optimal conditions,the technology was very convenient and economy,and the openings supporting ball can be applied in coal chemical industry.
