摘  要:叠片过滤器具有过滤效率高、使用寿命长和运行可靠等特点,尤其是能够实现立体过滤,对地表水的过滤器效果比网式过滤器更为优越。目前国产高品质叠片过滤器在市场上很少见,大多数叠片过滤器依赖于进口。针对这种情况,我们从2005年开始对叠片过滤器进行研发,通过对叠片过滤器的流道的结构、叠片材质、叠片模具以及叠片注塑成型工艺的反复研究试验,研发了具有自主知识产权的高品质叠片过滤器。将自主研发的叠片过滤器和进口叠片过滤器的过流量、抗堵塞性能以及耐压性能进行对比试验,试验结果表明,自主研发的叠片过滤器的上述技术指标均已达到国外同类产品的水平。另外,自主研发的产品造价也远远低于国外同类产品的价格,因此推广应用前景广阔。Disc filter has the characteristics of high filtration efficiency,longer application life and high operational reliability.Particularly,it can facilitate three-dimensional filtration process and is more efficient than screen filter when applied to surface water filtration.At present,domestic-manufactured high quality disc filter is rare in the market,and mostly depends on importing from abroad.To solve this problem,comprehensive experiments on the structure of flow path,disc materials,disc mold and injection molding technology has been conducted from 2005 and the independently-patented high quality disc filter is successfully developed.The comparative tests for the flow rate,anti-clogging performance and pressure resistant performance of this new disc filter to similar products that manufactured abroad are introduced in this paper.The results indicate that the disc filter shows the same performance as compared to similar products abroad.In addition,the price of this disc filter is much lower than similar products abroad.Hence,it has wide potential application prospects.
