摘  要:以滴灌为条件设置不同水肥处理,研究水氮耦合对红枣产量与品质的影响。结果表明:在设计水平范围内,增加土壤含水量会降低红枣果实的单果重和果形指数;水和氮的产量效应趋势均呈抛物线形,水的正效应和负效应都相对明显,而氮肥的正效应明显,负效应平缓;土壤水分和氮素含量过高会降低红枣果实还原糖与Vc含量,蛋白质的含量却随着土壤中氮肥量的增加而增加;增加土壤水分和氮素含量可以提高红枣果实中矿质Fe、Zn、Cu、Ca和Mg的含量,Mn的含量却随着土壤中氮肥量的增加而减小。Through designing different treatments of water and fertilizer under drip irrigation,the yield and fruit quality of Zizyphus Jujube under coupling of water and N are studied in this paper.The results show that in the range of designed level,the increase of soil water content can reduce the single fruit weight and fruit shape index.The effects of yield under different quantity of water and N take on throwing lines.Both the positive effect and negative effect of water are obvious.The positive effect of N is obvious,but negative effect is not.Too high contents of water and N in soil can reduce the contents of revertose and vitamin C in fruit of Zizyphus Jujube.But the content of protein is increased with the increase of fertilizer N.The increase of soil water content and N can increase the contents of Fe,Zn,Cu,Ca,Mg in fruit of Zizyphus Jujube.But the content of Mn is reduced with the increase of fertilizer N.
