摘　　要：农村矿产资源开发中存在的种种问题主要是利益分配机制的扭曲所致,解决问题的重要途径是明确利益分配的原则、主体与形式,建立资源开发的利益共享和惠民利民长效机制,建立和完善相关监督机制,着力保障和改善矿区民生,加强农民在利益分配中的谈判地位和能力。The reason that zhere are many problems in the current development of mineral resources is the unreasonable mechanism of interests distribution.The way to Solve the problems is to establish the mechanism of interests sharing and benefitting the people long-time,and to establish the supervision mechanism to protect the benefit of the peasants.Strengthening the negotiating position and improving capacity in interests distribution negotiation is also very important.
