摘　　要：本文分析了我国地方政府发展地方金融的基本策略。当前我国地方政府金融管理存在职能不健全,履职能力较弱,促进政策缺乏系统性和差异性等问题。结合金融产业发展规律,本文提出了涉及优化金融监管与发展的政府职能体系,完善政策引导地方金融差异化发展功能等方面的一系列政策建议。This paper studied the development strategy of local Financial by analyzing the function of Finance Affairs Office and the system of promoting policy of Local Government.Through this study,we found that the current financial management functions of local government is not perfect,such as the weak performance of their duties,the homogenizing promoting policies of governments？？etc..Realizing the weaknesses of current local financial regulatory and government management functions,this paper recommended that the government should optimize the framework of local finance regulation,improve the law enforcement of local government,encourage and support the differentiated development of financial industries based on the comparative advantages between areas.
